Logistics services get us moving.
Our extensive fleet of vehicles was created in response to a demand for flexibility in the collection and delivery of raw materials and end products. With our own bulk trailers, specially adapted for the transport of dairy products, lime and soya, we are happy to take care of any transport.
This also applies to the transport of packaged materials. We have various trailers for collection or delivery of products.
With regard to dairy products in consumer packaging that have been rejected, we have cupboard trolleys that can be sealed at the collection point.
In terms of storage capacity for packaged materials, raw materials or end products, we have about 6,000 pallet spaces at our own location. In addition, good agreements have been made with a logistics service provider in the vicinity to store another 10,000 pallet spaces.
Because we are a complete Non-GMO factory, we use our logistics services for Non-GMO products.

Unpack, bulk and (re)pack.
Whether it’s cans, sachets, buckets, kegs, bags or big bags; we unpack them professionally, with the highest possible retention of product. If desired, the unpacked product can be bulked again or packaged in various sizes of bags, big bags or carton octa bins.
Residual and excess packaging material is processed beyond recognition in our factory and afterwards recycled by licensed companies.
When unpacking rejected dairy consumer products, discretion, food safety and brand protection are guaranteed. If desired, the supplier can follow its product to the final processor via our tracking & tracing system.
Because we are a complete Non-GMO factory, all products processed here are Non-GMO.

A beautiful mix of knowledge and experience
With two 65m3 mixing silos and a paddle mixer for microdosing, we are specialized in mixing powder products. Particle size, density, moisture percentage, particle interaction and texture all affect the quality of mixing. Pneumatic and climate controlled transport ensures maintaining quality of the raw materials, especially in dairy. By means of a double control system, the four-eye principle and our scanning system, the correct raw materials in bigbags or small bags are picked By adjusting the filling order, the mixing time and the method of treatment to the product composition, we blend beautiful mixtures.
Because we are a complete Non-GMO factory, all products that are mixed are Non-GMO.

We take care of grinding
We are specialized in fine grinding of products. The applied technology makes it possible to grind products into fine powders. The granulometry is variably adjustable and varies from 1000 to 10 microns. We have two types of grinding installations and can therefore fulfill all your wishes. We only work with pneumatic and climate controlled transport, which means that product carry-over is nil. Granulometry is constantly monitored throughout the process to deliver a consistent product. Because we are a complete Non-GMO factory, all products that are milled here are Non-GMO.
