A blend consists of several ingredients, often from various batches or packages. We blend powders from a variety of sources, with extreme care for each component. Factors such as particle size, density, moisture percentage and texture are carefully considered in the process.
Our blending lines are designed for flexibility. Vegetable proteins, dairy powders or combinations thereof? We ensure a homogeneous final mixture. The filling sequence, mixing time and handling are precisely tailored to the product composition. Thanks to our mixing silos, we are able to produce 25-tonne batches with a uniform composition. Ideal when consistency is valued.
