More than 3,000 solar panels
In this way, Van Zutven meets its daily energy needs. There is no more natural gas consumption. The energy, which is released in the form of heat during the grinding process, is reused for climate control. Dairy powders are highly hygroscopic, so they crumble or harden more easily in humid conditions. Conditioning the factory climate, as Van Zutven does with residual heat, among other things, greatly benefits the running properties of the various products. This is reflected in the quality of the products.

The factory meets all modern standards and complies with the highest energy consumption. In addition, the production areas and sanitary facilities are equipped with a stainless steel interior, and a clean working environment is more the rule than the condition.
